Description

The Gurzufsky pink variety was bred by breeders more than 30 years ago. It is universal, it is also called technical, it ripens mainly in the early stages. As a rule, the moment of ripening occurs at the end of August. Also, this grape is recommended for natural consumption. Used in the production of high quality table wines.

The yield of Gurzuf pink grapes is quite high under favorable conditions - up to 150 centners per hectare of area. From a bush of one plant, you can collect about 6 kilograms of berries. An important aspect is the fact that the marketability of the bunches is approximately 90%, that is, there is practically no production waste.

The bunches are loose, conical in shape. The weight of a vine can reach 500 grams, and its average size is about 250-300 grams... The density of the bunches is loose, loose. The berry itself is round, the color varies from pink to almost black.

The size of the berry is medium - about 2–3 grams. It contains four medium-sized seeds. The skin is quite dense, and the pulp is juicy, fleshy. The berries have a pleasant nutmeg taste and a rich, pronounced aroma. The tasting score has 8 points.
