Video "All About Hemp Oil"
This video talks about the beneficial and healing properties of the product.
How is hemp oil obtained?
The squeeze is made only from the seeds of non-narcotic varieties, of which there are about two dozen. From one kilogram of raw materials, an average of 350-400 ml of the finished product is obtained. Ripe hemp seeds are thoroughly cleaned and then placed under an oil press. Under pressure, a green liquid is released from them, which flows out of a special hole.
Only cold pressed is used in the manufacture of hemp oil to reduce the risk of the formation of carcinogens.
When the resulting substance is slightly clarified, it is poured into bottles and sent for sale. A refined store-bought product is almost odorless. It absorbs quickly and is therefore well suited for massages or beauty treatments.
You can also make hemp oil at home. It is better to buy raw materials for it in specialized online stores. At the exit, the finished pomace will be fatter than the refined, thicker consistency, unclear, with a golden tint. Homemade oil also has a pungent odor and a bitter-sour aftertaste.

The mask is kept for 20-30 minutes, after which it is washed off with warm water.
Seed oil can also help strengthen weakened hair and get rid of dandruff. For daily use, just add a few drops to your hair care products. Once a week, you can apply a mask of hemp product, carrot juice, liquid honey, herbal decoction, lavender or rose essential oil.

For general strengthening of the body and increasing immunity, doctors recommend taking 10 ml of oil twice a day before meals. For various diseases, the dose is increased by another 5 ml half an hour before each main meal.
You can relieve inflammation by taking 3 tsp. hemp product per day. For skin diseases, the dosage is doubled.
Burns can be treated with pomace mixed with egg white. Starch is used to open abscesses, and honey will help soften the blisters. All oil-based compresses withstand at least 2 hours until completely absorbed.
