Processing it through a meat grinder will help you with this. Make a brine: dissolve lemon in boiled water, add sugar and salt. Pour the resulting solution over the vegetables and distribute to the jars. In this case, 0.5 liter containers should be sterilized for 15 minutes, and 1 liter for 25 minutes.

  • beet - 1.5 kg;
  • plums - 1 kg;
  • apple juice - 1.5 l;
