The recipe for royal or as it is also called royal jam is quite simple, and at the same time original. You will need the following ingredients:

  • 1 kg of berries;
  • 1 kg of sugar;
  • 0.5 kg of oranges;
  • 20 ml of vodka.

After all the components have been assembled, proceed to the action:

  1. Prepare the gooseberry berries: wash, pluck the tails, and also remove the seeds, make a neat cut on the side.
