- Sterilization of cans and lids.
- It is important not to overcook the zucchini.
- Double fill method. Put the finished and washed fruits in a jar and pour boiling water over them. Soak for half an hour, then pour the contents into a saucepan. While stirring, add sugar and boil. Pour hot compote into glass containers, roll up.
- It is not always possible to calculate the amount of sugar, sometimes the drink turns out to be sour, and sometimes it is overly sweet. There is a way out: dilute with boiled water at room temperature. This secret can be used both before twisting the can, and after opening it before use.

For cooking you will need:
- zucchini - 2 pcs.;
- granulated sugar - 2.5 cups;
- table vinegar - ½ tsp;
- clean water - 3 liters;
- cloves - 2-3 pcs.
Wash the vegetables. Carefully remove the seeds and cut into cubes. Transfer the slices to a saucepan and cover with water. Stir in sugar and bring to a boil. Add spice and vinegar. Sterilize banks. With apples

- sea buckthorn - 1 glass;

You will need:
- zucchini - 2 pcs.;
- pineapple juice - 1.5 l;
- sugar - 5 tbsp. l .;
- citric acid - ¼ tsp;
- water - 1.5 l.
Wash the zucchini and cut into rings 1–1.5 cm wide. Armed with a glass, make a hole in the middle of the rings, thereby removing the core. Pour water into a saucepan, lower the vegetables and let it boil. Remove from heat in just 5 minutes. Disinfect banks. Transfer the hot zucchini to the container with a slotted spoon, add lemon essence, pour in the concentrated juice and add sugar. Tighten the jars and leave to cool according to the standard scheme. With oranges

Peel and chop the vegetable. Remove the peel from the orange. Cut into small wedges. Grate the orange and lemon zest. Put the vegetable slices into the glass container.
